Style Queen 2024: Tyrolean fashionistas in creative competition

As part of the “Style Queen 2024” project, creative fashion enthusiasts from nine different Tyrolean regions demonstrated their talents. The project, which was carried out in collaboration with the Tyrol Chamber of Commerce, not only promotes fashion awareness, but also local retail. Throughout the year, the best fashionistas have been selected in different districts to compete against each other in an exciting competition.

The participants had an exciting challenge: They had to put together a fashionable outfit within just three hours with a budget of 500 euros. Under the expert guidance of fashion expert Kai Jäckel, who presented the latest trends, the candidates were able to give free rein to their creativity. It was important that the outfits were both trendy and appealing, which was rounded off with an additional visit to the hairdresser.

Focus on local shopping promotion

A central concern of the project is to promote shopping at local shops and boutiques in Tyrol. This initiative aims to raise awareness of the importance of the local fashion industry. Due to the time and budget constraints, the candidates were required to make optimal use of their creative skills and at the same time discover the diversity and quality of local offerings.

Another exciting aspect of the competition is that the public has a say. The audience is invited to vote for their favorite and decide which style queen interpreted each fashion theme best. The exciting looks are a source of inspiration and show the different facets of fashion.
