Anyone who deals with the topic of stays abroad has many questions and options. The Generations InfoEck in Innsbruck is now offering numerous information events for those interested in finding out more about the various options. The events are designed to be accessible to all ages. No matter whether you are looking for an au pair position, a work and travel adventure or a voluntary service abroad - everyone will find what they are looking for here.
A special focus is on the online information hour on the European Solidarity Corps (ESK). This will take place on November 25, 2024, especially for young people between the ages of 18 and 30 who want to get involved in charitable projects. On November 27th to 29th, 2024, those interested can get an idea of other programs at the BeSt³ career and education fair in Innsbruck.
Variety of programs
Generation State Councilor Astrid Mair emphasizes how important good preparation is: “Planning and organization are crucial when it comes to international exchange.” This includes things like insurance coverage, financial reserves, vaccinations, visas, cell phone contracts and suitable accommodation. The InfoEck team supports you with individual advice and practical tips so that everyone can make their stay abroad successful.
To make it easier to find information, the InfoEck has several dates at a glance:
- ESK-Infostunde (Online): Am 25. November 2024 von 16 bis 17:30 Uhr via Teams (Anmeldung erforderlich).
- BeSt³ Messe: Von 27. bis 29. November 2024, jeweils von 9 bis 17 Uhr in Halle B der Messe Innsbruck. Hier können Besucher am InfoEck-Stand praktische Tipps und Informationsmaterialien abrufen.
- Infonachmittag im InfoEck: Am 11. Dezember 2024 von 14 bis 17 Uhr. Besucher können hier an verschiedenen Stationen Informationen über Auslandsaufenthalte erhalten.
The InfoEck events are aimed at everyone who is thinking about a stay abroad and needs support with planning. The employees can be reached in person at the Generations InfoEck at Bozner Platz in Innsbruck from Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. as well as on Tuesday and Thursday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. or by email at info@infoeck.at.
