Sturm Graz hires storm talent Axel Kayombo for two million euros!

Sturm Graz announced the first summer transfer for the fighting team today. The 19-year-old striker Axel Kayombo moves from FC Basel to Graz and has signed a long-term contract. According to the information from Krone, Sturm Kayombos secured services for a transfer fee of two million euros, information that the renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano also confirmed.

Kayombo had already posted two short missions for the first team in Basel in spring 2024, but before that he gained his experiences as a loan striker at the Swiss second division club Stade Lausanne-Oouch, where he scored nine goals last season.
