On April 26, 2025, a serious work accident occurred on the Imsterberg in the Imst district, Austria, in which a 44-year-old woman was seriously injured. The incident happened during assembly work when a solar panel slipped from a ladder lift and hit the woman on the ground. According to 5min.at, the woman was responsible for moving the sled of the ladder lift using a hanging button. Due to a kink in the lift, the sled was not visible to her, which led to the serious accident.
