Ritterbach: New early warning system protects against pollution!

As part of the German-Czech project Akwa, the Ritterbach is used as an early warning system for pollution and climate change. The aim of the project, which runs by the end of 2026, is the regular monitoring of water quality through targeted sampling.

The project receives financial support from the European Union, which enables cross -border use of funds. In cooperation between specialists from Germany and the Czech Republic, probes and other devices are used to measure the water parameters. The project management is in the hands of Lucie Jasiková from the Czech Republic and Claudia Lindner from Germany.
