Help before Christmas: Food packages for Bed Needy in Arnreit

Rohrbach district. In the run -up to Christmas, the Ora International organization and the community in Arnreit invite you to an important fundraising campaign. This initiative aims to help families all over the world, especially in 14 project countries.

The focus of the auxiliary activities is particularly on the support of children. ORA International prepares food packages that are sent to Ghana, Nigeria, Haiti, Ukraine, Albania and Syria. With a donation of 25 euros, an entire food package can be filled in the respective project countries and distributed directly to needy people.

A special aspect of this action is that the people on site actively participate and put together their own food packages in Arnreit. These can be brought between the 23rd and 27th November with Regina and Gebhard Prechtl (Liebenstein 2, Arnreit). In every food package, some essential foods should be recorded: 5 kg of flour, 3 kg pasta, 2 kg of sugar, 2 kg rice, 1 kg margarine and 1 l of dent oil. In addition, hygiene items such as soap, shampoo, toothbrushes and washing powder are also welcome. Sweets and meat cannons for children would also be a nice addition. ORA asks for a small contribution of 3 euros to cover the transport costs for each package.

This action is not only a way to help, but also an opportunity for the community to get together and do something good.
