New wind in the Musikverein Arbing: Stefan Brabenetz takes over the management

The musical community in Arbing has made a change of leadership. Stefan Brabenetz is the new chairman of the Arbing Music Association and thus follows Günther Schützenhofer, who after eleven successful years at the head of the association no longer took election. Schützenhofer, a sought -after contact in the Musikverein, was also appointed honorary chairman in an emotional meeting.

The decision to election was necessary to bring a breath of fresh air to the club management. Schützenhofer looks back on an impressive era in which significant successes were achieved under his direction. These include the purchase of new costumes and instruments, the development of important partnerships as well as numerous musical highlights that the club celebrated together.

Stefan Brabenetz, who, as a studied software developer, brings a deep understanding of the technical and organizational aspects of the association, was unanimously elected as the new chairman. His commitment to the club is not new; Brabenetz has mainly been active as a media officer in recent years and has participated in various working groups. This is regarded by the members as valuable experience that could benefit the association.

Together with a new, rejuvenated board team, Brabenetz will continue the work of Schützenhofer and to initiate new projects and initiatives with fresh enthusiasm. The team is motivated to continue the path taken and to maintain and expand the musical traditions of the club.
