Benefit concert in Wels: Talents inspire with classical music

CATFISH.A remarkable benefit concert is organized internationally by the women's service club Soroptimist. The event emphasizes the talent of young artists and will take place on Tuesday, November 19, at 7:30 p.m. in the Concerto hall in Herminenhof. Entry costs 20 euros and the income supports the work of the club.

In this concert, three winners of the renowned music competition "Prima La Musica" present their skills. The Upper Austrian cellist Aaliyah Kim Lehner is particularly noteworthy. At the moment she is preparing intensively for her entrance exam for a cello studies and will present a demanding program in the first part of the concert. Her repertoire includes classics from Bach, Duport and Chopin to Dvorak and the Argentine composer Piazzolla. She is accompanied by Sophie Baumgartner on the piano.

An evening with diverse music

The talented pianist Brianna Nicole Reiter will design the second part of the concert. From a family of musicians, she already has numerous CD recordings and television appearances. Your varied program ranges from Beethoven and Anton Bruckner, this year's annual regent, to Chopin and the contemporary Turkish composer Fazil Say.

This benefit concert not only offers a platform for impressive musical performances, but also promotes the important work of the Soropimists who work for social projects and the strengthening of women.
