Dominic Kraus will take on the role of Sales Manager Europe and Patrick Lamprecht will work as Business Development & Sales Manager for Battery Materials. These new appointments are part of a strategic decision aimed at driving the international expansion and further development of the group.

In his new role, Dominic Kraus, 30 years old, will take on responsibility for setting up sales for the new vacuum division in Europe. This step follows the joint venture between AICHELIN and Sistem Teknik, which was only founded in the spring. The aim of this joint venture is to offer technologies for industrial vacuum heat treatment and the associated services in Europe. The demand for vacuum solutions is growing and Kraus will ensure that sales in this emerging industry are structured and efficiently developed. He can draw on extensive experience that he gained in sales at IVA Schmetz, where he was responsible, among other things, for the expansion of the North American market.

The role of Patrick Lamprecht

Patrick Lamprecht, 42 years old, will drive the strategic development of the heat treatment of battery materials business area. In cooperation with the Chinese partner Kilnpartner, his task is to support the battery industry in Europe and help develop sustainable and high-performance batteries. With his extensive international experience in business development and key account management, Lamprecht brings valuable knowledge to his new area of ​​responsibility. Before moving to AICHELIN, he most recently worked in the area of ​​IoT technologies at Freeeway AG.
