In a shocking episode on Sunday evening, three teenagers, two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old, threw firecrackers towards the tent of a 54-year-old homeless woman at around 9 p.m. According to Today.at, the woman was in the tent at the time when the young people, who were fleeing in a vehicle, hurled the attacking fireworks. The Knittelfeld police station was able to track down the teenagers a short time later. When questioned by the officers, they admitted to having committed the crime, but claimed not to have known about the homeless person's presence.
