Big festival in Hofkirchen: New fire truck for the fire brigade blessed!

On Friday, May 16, 2025, a solemn blessing of the new large fire engine with mountains (GLF-B) of the Hofkirchen volunteer fire brigade took place in the Mühlkreis. At this special event, 22 fire brigades took part with around 240 comrade: inside. The celebration was accompanied musically by the Hofkirchen Citizens' Corps Music Chapel and provided an insight into the committed community of the fire brigade.

The new GLF-B is used primarily in technical operations and is intended to strengthen the operational readiness of the fire brigade, which plays a central role in disaster protection.
