A look at the history of the Raiffeisen organization

The Raiffeisen organization has developed from modest beginnings to a sought -after partner in large trading places worldwide. Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen, who was mayor in 1818 in a community affected by need and famines, founded a loan fund club in Anhausen, Germany in 1862. This principle, which is based on "help for self -help", laid the foundation for the global organization of the Raiffeisen cooperatives.

Thanks to Raiffeisen's commitment, many regions could be freed from poverty and rural exodus. The first “Raiffeisenkasse” in Lustenau was created in the 1880s. These principles continue to live and shape the philosophy of the RLB Upper Austria, which acts as a reliable partner for their customers.

Leadersnet was present at the RLB Upper Austria customer reception and documented the network event, which was not only the celebration, but also to strengthen existing relationships. This is seen as an indispensable part of the bank presentation in the region.
