A special award ceremony by the Baden Football Association took place at Europa-Park in Rust, which brought together numerous representatives from more than 300 clubs. Honorary evening at the Hotel Santa Isabel

All club representatives were then received for honors in the festively decorated “Convento” room of the Hotel Santa Isabel. Alexandra Grein, head of the department for leisure and popular sports at the Baden Football Association, welcomed the 200 club representatives present. Jürgen Galm, vice president of the association, honored Nicolas Mack, an important supporter of Europa-Park, who was honored for his years of commitment.

"I played football for a long time and know how important volunteer work is for the sport. Without you, a lot of things wouldn't be possible," Mack thanked those present. These personal words underlined the importance of volunteering in sport and took a central place in the evening program.
