In the morning of Christmas Eve, December 24, 2024, a tragic accident occurred on the A27, in which a 62-year-old driver from the Wurster North Sea coast collided with a run out. The incident was reported shortly after 9 a.m. between Bremerhaven-Süd and Stotel in the direction of Walsrode.
