Anonymous hero: 850 euros for Uelzen's children!

An anonymous donor has again made a generous donation to the city of Uelzen. For eleven years, this donor has regularly transmitted money to the town hall to support aid projects for children. At the turn of the year 2025, a donation of 850 euros was paid, as Mayor Jürgen Markwardt (independent) confirmed.

The anonymous donor enclosed the grant a letter in which he suggested using the money for children in the city. The donation has increased compared to previous years, whereby the money was handed over to the youth migration service last year, offering support for homework for children. The donation was handed over to three envelopes and the donor has determined what the money is to be used for.
