A nightly control frenzy in Stuttgart excited the tram stops! In the night from November 15th to 16th, 2024, the Stuttgart police, together with the test staff of the Stuttgart road railways AG, carried out comprehensive control. From 8:30 p.m. to 3:10 a.m., over 8,500 passengers were examined at several stops in the heart of the city!

The result was shattering: a total of 571 passengers could be identified without a valid ticket! These passengers have to expect violent consequences because they receive an advertisement. But that was not all, because two people also tried to escape control and resisted the law enforcement officers. Fortunately, nobody was injured.
