In the early morning of November 15, 2024, the quiet community of Kallstadt turned into a hotspot for traffic controls! Between 06:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., the officials took the initiative after concerned citizens reported on the chaotic traffic in the area of a construction site in the town center. The surrounding economic routes and Backhausgasse were particularly affected. A shocking look revealed that parts of the construction site barrier were abused to enable the blocked area to pass through! Could everyone really just happen here?

Only when the police intervened did the curtain for this traffic friction fell! The barrier was immediately closed again to ensure the safety of all road users. But that wasn't all! At 8:00 a.m., a way to school took place in Backhausgasse, which was particularly important for school children. Despite the critical traffic situation, the officials were able to find around 10 vehicles on their regular passage. No special events and the students had a safe transition to school. A small piece of normality in a troubled morning!
