Traffic chaos in Pasewalk and Zinnowitz: Pedestrians and cyclists injured!

alarming scenes in Pasewalk and Zinnowitz - two traffic accidents caused excitement and injuries at noon! At 11:40 a.m., a 90-year-old Renault driver overlooked a pedestrian when turning on Haußmannstrasse. The 69-year-old was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time and fell when the car touched him. With a suspected arm break, he had to be brought to the Pasewalk hospital by a ambulance. The police are now investigating the senior because of negligent bodily harm, while there was no damage to the car.

A little later, around noon, there was another accident in Zinnowitz - this time between a Kia and a cyclist! A 47-year-old driver was on the B 111 with her car when a 79-year-old cyclist suddenly drove out of a property entrance. The result? A violent impact! Fortunately, the cyclist fell and suffered minor injuries that were treated by an ambulance on site. The total damage to this crash amounts to around 3000 euros. Here too, all those involved are German citizens.
