A disturbing incident occurred on Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. in the parking lot of a hardware store on Leipziger Strasse in Meiningen! An 82-year-old driver bumped out against a vehicle parked next to him. And that's not all - the driver instead of helping, simply left the scene of the accident behind and disappeared!
The suspicion of escape confirms
But the older gentleman came into play with a return train! Later in the afternoon he appeared to the police in Meiningen and wanted to report his fleeting act. It is interesting that no other accident victim has yet been identified. Only the damaged vehicle owner is still unknown. The police are looking for the injured driver and asks for clues.
