Raid in Bavaria: Investigators against anti -Semitism in action!

In a dramatic use, investigators in Bavaria searched numerous apartments in the early morning to take action against the growing wave of anti -Semitism. The searches that took place on November 12 were directed against 19 - including six women and 13 men between the ages of 16 and 66. The emergency services of the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office (LKA) secured evidence such as mobile phones and laptops in Munich, Upper Bavaria, Swabia, Lower Bavaria and Lower Franconia

The suspects are suspected of cheering Hamas on social media and spreading anti -Semitic agitation. Bavaria's Minister of Justice Georg Eisenreich has described the situation as "the worst wave of anti -Semitism since the end of the Second World War". The numbers speak for themselves: In 2023, 370 anti -Semitic crimes in Bavaria have already been registered, an alarming increase compared to 272 in the previous year.

Coordinated campaign against hatred of Jews

The searches are part of a comprehensive strategy to rigorously combat anti -Semitic crimes. Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann emphasizes that every reference to such crimes is meticulously pursued to protect Jewish citizens. The investigation also includes the use of the controversial slogan "From the River to the Sea", which is seen as a license plate of unconstitutional organizations. So far, about a dozen procedures on this topic have been running in Bavaria.

This coordinated campaign, which was carried out under the supervision of the Federal Criminal Police Office, is already the second of its kind this year. The Bavarian authorities show that they are determined to act against any form of anti -Semitism and to ensure the security of the Jewish community.
