An exciting weekend in Jever! An unknown man caused a stir in a drugstore on Mühlenstrasse on Friday when he brutally tried to steal a perfume tester at 6:20 p.m. As soon as he entered the store, he grabbed the coveted product and tried to escape without paying! But an attentive employee confronted him. The thief tried to break away, but the employee grabbed his shoulder. A short but intense power struggle broke out!
However, the thief was clearly well prepared. He managed to free himself and sprinted towards a waiting car, with which he ultimately escaped undetected. A dramatic scenario that left those present in shock!
Night shift full of surprises
But that wasn't all! On the charged night of October 26, 2024, around 2:40 a.m., a discotheque in Schortens turned into a scene of violence. A 19-year-old man fell victim to an unknown attacker who punched him in the face with full force during an argument. Suddenly there was nothing left of the party mood! The perpetrator took advantage of the opportunity and disappeared into the nightlife. The police are asking for any relevant information and encouraging witnesses to call 04461-984930.
