A previously unknown perpetrator released a message on Instagram, which alluded to the cruel crime in a tasteless and agitation. The post should incorrectly give the impression that a refugee or migrant was responsible for the crime. This picture caused great outrage!

The mayor of the Samtgemeinde Kirchdorf acted quickly and discovered the picture. He immediately handed it over to the police who initiated criminal proceedings for suspected sedition. The investigators quickly came to a 65-year-old man from Munich via the user name.
