The officers of the Federal Police Inspection Waidhaus stopped the two at border controls, where they discovered the unauthorized entry and an arrest warrant. The arrested were spent directly to the Weiden correctional facility and the deportation institution in Hof.

The first victim of the investigators was a 31-year-old Algerian. She wanted to travel to her mother from the A6 to Paris, but she presented the police to an expired visa. She insisted that she was allowed to travel on despite the lack of a residence permit. Her project ended abruptly when the police rejected them to Algeria due to their lack of papers. Now the unhappy is waiting for her return flight in the Hof deportation.

But that wasn't all! In the night of Sunday, the officials had a very special catch: a 41-year-old Bulgarians who had been looking for theft for four years. In February 2020, he had stolen a perfume worth 70 euros in a drugstore in Nuremberg. The district court of Nuremberg then sentenced him to a fine of 600 euros. Instead of paying, the criminal dived and escaped abroad. Now, however, he fell into the hands of the federal police again, which executed the arrest warrant for border controls. Without the opportunity to pay his fine, he was brought to the Weiden correctional sentence to serve the compensation.
