An accident with dramatic consequences occurred on Wednesday morning in Osnabrück! A 43-year-old mother and her 10-year-old child cycled at the Burenkamp towards Feldstrasse at around 07:10 a.m. when they were overtaken by an unknown cyclist. But the situation quickly took a dangerous turn!
The unknown woman brutally cut the cyclist and put the family into an emergency! To avoid a collision, the mother had to dodge quickly. But the fright was not without consequences: her child fell and contracted minor injuries! Fortunately, the girl was immediately taken to a hospital where she could be treated. The fall also left damage to the little cyclist's bike.
The escape of the unknown
The fleeting cyclist simply left the injured family behind and continued their journey - an irresponsible act! The Osnabrück police are now urgently looking for witnesses who can provide information on this incident or the fleeting.
