Brüggen/Viersen in a state of emergency!A fiery devil engulfed not only the night but also the early morning in flames over the weekend. During the night from Friday to Saturday, garbage cans and used clothing containers burned in four places in both Brüggen and Viersen. The fire brigade was on constant duty while residents were left in a state of shock.

At 2:50 a.m., when most people were still sleeping peacefully, an attentive witness noticed a burning garbage can on Von-Staufenberg-Straße in Dülken. The flames quickly spread to an adjacent hedge. Around an hour later, residents on Leonhard-Jansen-Straße in Brüggen called for emergency services - there was a fire blazing in two garbage cans, which burned down completely, while the flames once again ravaged a hedge. What's going on here?

Red alert in Boisheim!

The shock wasn't over yet: around 7 a.m. the firefighters were called to the train station in Boisheim. Thick smoke was coming from used clothing and glass containers in the distance. In order to extinguish the flames, the fire brigade was forced to open the containers by force - the contents were burned down to the last fiber! But the disaster didn't end there: In the morning, another burning old clothing container was discovered on Gartenstrasse in Bracht.

The police are now investigating at full speed! Is there a connection between these fiery incidents? The accumulation of fires in such different locations in such a short period of time raises more questions than answers.
