Burglars attack senior residence: jewelry robbery in Geisenheim!
In the past few days, the Geisenheim region has been shaken by several incidents. A slump that took place in a senior residence is particularly worrying. Unknown perpetrators penetrated on Thursday, October 17, 2024, between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. in two residence apartments, which is located on Rüdesheimer Strasse. They managed to get into the building unnoticed, where they opened the apartment doors on the third and fourth floor with a tool.
The burglars searched the apartments and escaped with valuable jewelry. The damage to the doors amounts to several hundred euros. The police have now initiated investigations and accepts information on the phone number (06124) 7078-0.

Immediate medical care was necessary and the injured motorcyclist was hospitalized. According to the police reports, the accident occurred near Drosselgasse, a often frequented tourist road.
