Focal points in Wilhelmshaven: Police are looking for witnesses for container fires!

Schulstraße 4, 26382 Wilhelmshaven, Deutschland - Wilhelmshaven in turmoil - In a worrying series of incidents, the fire brigade was alerted on Thursday evening in Wilhelmshaven when two burning containers kept the police and fire brigade in suspense. First, at 7:06 p.m. a fire broke out in a paper container in Schulstraße, height house number 4. A rapid intervention by the fire brigade prevented worse, but the damage remains: the container is ruined!

But that wasn't all! At 9:27 p.m. the fire station was challenged again, this time a fully filled residual waste bin burned in a dumpstore box in Cirksenastraße, height house number 1. This heat attack destroyed the bin and also caused damage to the adjacent garbage can house. Thanks to the rapid use of the fire brigade, worse could also be prevented here.
