Ulm, Deutschland - A blatant car thief took a huge risk in Ulm on Saturday evening! At 9:15 p.m., a driver left his VW Polo with the ignition key, while he only briefly got something to eat in front of a kebab shop. As soon as the driver had entered the restaurant, an unknown perpetrator took the opportunity and took the car out of the dust!

at 10 p.m. a patrol of the Ulm-West police station saw the Polo on the Berlin Ring, while the driver who raced towards Blaustein ignored all of the police. His driving style was extremely risky: he ran over a red traffic light and then broke into the right strip before his escape vehicle crashed into the ditch and overturned twice! The 27-year-old driver tried to flee on foot, but the officials were able to arrest him quickly.
