As part of the "Kick Aktiv - Health for your Association" initiative, the IKK Südwest presents an exciting opportunity for all club members! Here you can take part in free online seminars that specifically devote themselves to the health promotion of their teams. These innovative seminars, which are organized in cooperation with the Hessian Football Association, promise exciting insights into nutrition and fitness.
In just around 90 minutes, the participants expect valuable tips and tricks to improve their health in everyday training.
