Discover the secrets of the wild herb courtyard on the Baltic Sea!

Beckerwitz, Deutschland - Eva Jörhs has established the wild herb courtyard in Beckerwitz, not far from the Baltic Sea, since 2022. In 2024 the association was founded, which would like to continue the wild herb courtyard as a non -profit association. So far, Jörhs has financed the educational offer privately and is now looking for new members, contributors and sponsors.

From December 30th, an area for spiritual offers and a health corner will be set up in the regional shop of the wild herb courtyard. In addition, the wildcrastics show garden, which is designed in mandala form, and the “Wild Creations” factory continue to be operated. The Herbaris e.V. Felix, a 17-year-old in the voluntary ecological year, supports actively in the show garden and in the manufactory.

Special offers and events

The bistro at the wild herb cours opens for the first time in winter from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and offers coffee, cake and warm dishes. The last Phoenix Dance with Christin Starkgraff will take place on December 30th. Guests can look forward to a whole food buffet and a sound trip with spiritual rituals. January 1st begins with a full-time food new year breakfast.

Registrations for these events are possible online or by phone. The buildings of the wild herb courtyard have been used as a meeting place since 2022 after the German youth hostel closed the youth hostel for cost reasons in 2018. The district sold the 1.5 hectare area to Martin H. Bischoff.

The wild herb courtyard is also operated as a hostel with bistro, café and regional shop. School classes and guests have the opportunity to use workshops and educational offers in the field of environment, nature and health. The farm shop offers a range of regional and organic products as well as regional handicrafts. The bistro and café serves wild herb specialties and wild herb bread from the sandofen. Other events include beach hikes, pizza package, yoga and lectures.
