The "Willi Resetarits Hof", located in the "Altes Landgut" district on Laxenburger Strasse, comprises 165 apartments and offers space for around 350 residents. Willi Resetarits, who died in 2022 at the age of 73, was a formative figure in the Austrian music scene. He became known as the "Ostbahn Kurti", a figure that earned him national celebrity in the 1980s. His commitment to social issues and human rights made him a role model. Mayor Ludwig paid tribute to reseters in a moving speech and emphasized that his life's work and his philosophy of social cohesion will live on in the new residential project.
