The Soroptimist Club from Magdeburg, represented by President Regina Stolle, also drawn attention to the tragedy, which shook the Christmas market in Magdeburg. The brutal attack on December 20 has left immeasurable suffering, which worries and welded the community. A donation account was set up to send the victims and their relatives quickly. So far, over 222,000 euros have been donated. This initiative aims to help those affected to stand up in this difficult time and provide help, such as Soroptimist Magdeburg . Further donations are extremely welcome to support the help and give the victims a perspective.

The events in both Gmünd and Magdeburg are in the sign of solidarity and commitment to women and the weak in society. It becomes clear that both celebrations and grief bring people together and support the desire for a better future.
