A central point of the law is the obligation to cooperate in kindergarten. Parents who refuse binding parents' talks must expect fines of up to 2,500 euros. If this cannot be paid, replacement imprisonment can be imposed for up to six weeks. "Parents are to be obliged so that integration takes place at an early age," said Landbauer. The possibility that kindergartens will issue their own house arrangements was also discussed.

An essential element of the law is the burqa ban in the state service, which is listed as a reason for termination. In connection with this ban, a spokesman for the state government stated that the burqa should not have a place as a "suppression symbol" in Office. Furthermore, it is intended to exclude people who are active in radical Islamist associations from the public service. Compliance with these regulations should be controlled more strictly in the future and punished with dismissals if non -compliance.

To further combat radical Islam, a special observation center is to be set up in order to record developments in this area and to document them. The focus is also on strengthening the security architecture. A state security council is being set up to improve the coordination of security measures. An action plan that encloses adjustments into five state laws will be decided in the coming weeks. The state parliament is planning a vote on April 30, 2025.

Values ​​such as humanity and justice are laid down as target determinations in order to set a clear sign against political Islam and mass immigration. It emphasizes that radical Islam is a serious threat to society.

The FPÖ and the ÖVP emphasize that the new regulations should be a clear sign against extremism and for integration.
