Christmas Eve in Saarbrücken: 38 years of help for needy guests!
Saarbrücken, Deutschland - On December 24, 2024, the E-Werk in Saarbrücken transformed into a festive meeting point for the needy, lonely and homeless. The Christmas Eve campaign organized by the Catholic and Evangelical Church invites you to the traditional Christmas party, in which the guests are spoiled with a festive program, tea, pastries and a warm meal. Around 800 people have been participating in this event annually in recent years, and around 1000 visitors are also expected this year. Alexandra Klein, who has been a helper for 38 years, and further over 130 volunteers are intensively preparing for the event, which is already planned in midsummer, such as the Saarbrücker Zeitung reported.
