Experience traditions in Marz

The municipality of Marz is not only known for its great events, but also for its deeply rooted traditions. An Advent trip took place at the weekend, which was organized by the senior citizen chairwoman Hermine Steiner. Under the motto "Silent Time", the participants visited historical sites such as the "Silent Night" chapel in Oberndorf and experienced cultural highlights before the day ended at a dinner together in the hotel. Particularly noteworthy is the Waldweihnacht in Halsbach, which is recorded on wikipedia .

In addition, Julian Schmidl, an apprentice at SinaWehl GmbH in Marz, showed excellent performance at the Federal Apprenticeship competition of the mechatronics engineers in Vienna. Despite strong competition and demanding tasks, he made it into midfield. These services underline the commitment of young people in the region for quality and craftsmanship.
