At 01:45 a.m. the police were alerted when the resident of a small house discovered that a fire had broken out in the basement. The fire brigade was immediately consulted, while the two residents, a 48-year-old and her 75-year-old mother, were awakened thanks to intensive smoke development and were able to flee from the house immediately, as FIREWORLD.AT reported.
