On the night of Tuesday, an alarm came to the Bungee oil mill in the West industrial area when the fire alarm system triggered. As the Noen.at, a seed-silo burned, in which sunflower seeds were stored. The commander of the Brucker fire brigade, Claus Wimmer, confirmed that the sunflower shells had caught fire. In order to master the location, the alarm level was increased to B2, which meant that additional forces were mobilized. A total of 33 fire brigade members with six vehicles were supported by the police and the Red Cross, which took over four hours to extinguish the fire and remove the materials used from the refinery.

Already on March 18, 2025, around 1:58 p.m., a devastating major fire broke out in a stable building in Fügen. According to Feuerwehren.at , the local fire brigades were quickly alerted, with the fire brigade adopted the main attack and support, among other things, received support from the fire brigades. A total of 14 fire engines and over 90 emergency services were mobilized to combat the fire. Fortunately, the flames could be spread to neighboring buildings. The fire was under control until 4:00 p.m., but the reversal work dragged on until the early evening. Unfortunately, some animals died in the barn, and two people suffered minor injuries that were immediately taken care of. The exact cause of the fire is currently the subject of police investigations.
