Rottenmann volunteer fire brigade: strong year 2024 with 102 missions!

Rottenmann, Österreich - On March 28, 2025, the military assembly of the Rottenmann volunteer fire brigade took place in the training room. Almost 60 comrades, including Mayor Günther Gangl and delegations of neighboring fire brigades, took part in the event. The current membership is 76, 55 of which are active, 11 in the 2nd status and 10 young people.

The current account for the fire brigade year 2024 shows an impressive total statistics of 1,063 events. This includes 102 alarms, in which a total of 1,585 hours were applied for missions. The comrades also carried out 871 activities in the fire service and completed 90 exercises. The total number of hours for training and operations amounts to 17,060.

Detailed reports of the individual representatives about their services and success in competitions enriched the event. A highlight was the commissioning of comrade Leo Ladner in active service as well as the promotions and honors of deserved members. The military assembly closed with greeting and thank you words of the guests of honor and ended in the cozy circle.
