The third wet extinguishing competition of this season took place on August 23, 2025 in Oberneukirchen, Upper Austria. The event was part of the district ranking and attracted numerous participants and spectators. Active groups, including guests from the Rohrbach district, competed against each other in a total of 51 competition runs. The aim of this type of competition is to promote the performance and teamwork of fire departments.

The commander of the Oberneukirchen fire department, HBI Ing. Jakob Burgstaller, was able to welcome numerous visitors to the award ceremony, including the mayor and member of the state parliament, Dipl. Ing. Josef Rahtgeb, as well as several high-ranking fire department representatives, such as district fire brigade commander OBR Ing. Johannes Enzenhofer and section fire brigade commander BR Ing. Karlheinz Pillinger. Lead judge Roland Rechberger led the competition.

Results of the competition

The results of the competition impressively demonstrated the skills of the participants. The winners in the different classes are:
