Türje, Ungarn - A 49-year-old Austrian was arrested in Hungary after there was an EU arrest warrant for serious child abuse. She is suspected of having held and abused her twelve -year -old daughter over a longer period of time. The arrest took place on March 25 by the Hungarian headquarters for fighting terrorism and the Hungarian riot police, supported by the Austrian search unit.

The woman's daughter has now been brought to safety by the authorities and found intact. The two sons of the accused, who have grown up, had previously filed a complaint against their mother. In their statements they reported on regular abuse as well as mental and physical torture, which they also suffered from the mother.
