Golden master certificate: Dietmar Lange celebrates 50 years of success in Olpe!

Dietmar Lange from Lange Bürotechnik received the golden master's certificate, which was presented to him by Matthias Rink, the managing director of the Westfalen-Süd district craftsmanship. The ceremonial handover took place in his shop on Bruchstrasse in Olpe and was organized by his wife Hannelore.

Dietmar Lange passed his master's examination for Office machinery mechanic on January 31, 1974. Since then, both the job title and the field of activity have changed considerably. At the suggestion of his parents, Lange started training in a nearby training company. After a successful completion, he initially worked as a journeyman in the field before taking over the Rölle company in Olpe in 1984, which was previously without successor.

Together with his wife Hannelore, Dietmar Lange built the business and the couple has three children. Over the years, the company hired another journeyman and a trainee. Under long guidance, one of the trainees even became federal winner. In 1999 the company moved to today's premises on Bruchstrasse and now offers a variety of services, including IT systems, telephone systems, office technology as well as the sale and repair of sewing machines.

Technological development, especially through innovations such as the fax and the microprocessor, has significantly shaped the industry. For a long time, the importance of service and customer satisfaction emphasizes as a central aspects of his business. In addition, long office technology is an authorized service partner for Brother sewing and embroidery machines and offers guarantee repairs.

Although Dietmar has been retiring for a long time, he remains active in the company. The company is now also run by his son Michael and his twin brother Oliver. Enkelsohn Julian has completed his training as an IT system electronics technician and also works in the family company.

In the coming year, Dietmar Lange will celebrate his 50th anniversary, and the company's existence is also annoyed. The Lange couple is also facing a special anniversary: ​​the golden wedding.

The master's examination system in Germany, which is based on a long tradition, is based on a variety of requirements and qualifications.
