US intelligence support for Ukraine stopped-follow for the war!

The situation in Ukraine is dramatic: after reporting on the deletion of military aid, the United States has also set the transmission of intelligence information to Kiev. According to the “Financial Times” and confirmed by Washington, this cooperation pauses. CIA boss John Ratcliffe said that the relationship with Ukraine was "subjected to a review". The background to US President Donald Trump is concerned about the loyalty of Ukrainian President Wolodymyr Selenskyj. This could significantly jeopardize the Ukrainian military operations in view of the ongoing Russian aggression, since reliable intelligence information is of crucial importance for the target acquisition, warn experts. In addition to military support, the Russian ex-President Dmitri Medvedev is clearly in his announcement: "Maksimal defeat of Ukraine" remains the goal of Moscow, which further reinforces the situation.

The domestic political developments in Germany are also worrying. Federal Interior Minister Nancy Faeser expressed concerns about a possible increase in escape movements from Ukraine. If the situation under the pressure of Russia's President Vladimir Putin continues to deteriorate and the US aids can do so, this could lead to a "new larger refugee movement", warned Faeser. While 1.2 million Ukrainian refugees already live in Germany, it campaigns for a fairer distribution within the EU. CSU boss Markus Söder supported this warning and emphasized that the consequences of the conflict "Milion Ukrainians could drive to Europe".

In the middle of these alarming developments, European countries are striving for stability. France and Great Britain try to repair relationships between the United States and Ukraine in order to find a sustainable solution in the conflict. According to British sources, Defense Minister John Healey will talk about a peace plan with his US colleague on Thursday and thus present new diplomatic initiatives. This underlines the pressure on the international community to incorporate the humanitarian crisis and military escalation in the Ukraine conflict.
