The thermal baths in Bad Wörishofen have taken an outstanding place in the current ranking of the best thermal baths and wellness pools in Germany. According to an article by Mercury, which was published on January 11, 2025, the thermal spa took 6th place among the top 10 thermal spas in Germany. The rating of the Therme Bad Wörishofen is based on criteria such as popularity, facilities and price-performance ratio, with it receiving a popularity of 4.38 and a facilities of 4.30.

The thermal spa offers an exotic holiday paradise with numerous amenities, including a vitality pool with real palm trees, a brine pool, three unique vitality courses and a sauna area with a Kelosauna and a Roman sauna.
