The table tennis season in 2025 picks up speed, while the club teams are preparing for the upcoming quarter-final games of the men's cups. From January 6 to 12, 2025, players are challenged in the men's A, B, C and D competitions. The draw of the cup games took place on December 20th in the sports house of TSV Over-Bullenhausen and was led by Cup Operation Benjamin Kiel.

In Men A Cup, the defending champion Todtglüsinger SV meets TV Vahrendorf, the latter with a 2-0 specification in each sentence due to the class difference. The SV Dohren, who is considered the previous year's finalist in the B Cup, has also developed a 2-0 specification and meets the second representation of TV Vahrendorf, the game of which was moved to February 7, 2025. In the men's B-Class, autumn champions TuS Fleestedt and MTV Hoopte II, who have so far been unbeaten this season, have to face each other. There is also a special focus on MTV Fliegenberg 1, which after many years has reached the round of the last eight in the men's B competition and plays against TuS Jahn Hollenstedt 2 in the sports arena on the Elbdeich on Monday.

At the same time, the anticipation for Liebherr Cup Fin Four 2025, which takes place on January 4, 2025 in the Ratiopharm Arena Ulm/Neu-Ulm. This event marks the tenth edition of the tournament in this arena. The ticket sales started on October 23, 2023. Last year record: 5,000 spectators experienced a sold -out event.

The day of the event begins at 11 a.m. with the semi -finals, which are held at two tables in parallel. This is followed by the final to determine the cup winner of the 2024/25 season. The arena opens 90 minutes before the semi-finals, and an early bird discount of 20 percent will apply to all available tickets until October 25, 2024 that cost € 14 in the cheapest category.
