Accident escape in Dierdorf: Witnesses wanted for bus collision!

A dramatic incident shaked Dierdorf on Thursday, November 7th, 2024, when a white-blue regular bus caused an accident at around 4:30 p.m. on Königsberger Strasse and simply drove away! The bus collided with a white car that was significantly damaged on the left. The damage amounts to a lower four -digit amount, while the regular bus is probably also affected on the left side of the vehicle. But the driver of the bus did not take care of the consequences and continued his journey without fulfilling his legal obligations.

The police immediately initiated an investigation due to unauthorized removal from the scene of the accident. It is a clear violation of the traffic rules that shouldn't be impossible! The officials are now asking the population for help: witnesses who have seen something or may have given information are urgently asked to contact the Road House Police Inspection on 02634/9520 or by email to pistrassenhaus@polizei.rlp.de.
