A new step in Kilian Ludewig's career: The 24-year-old former DFB junior has signed a contract with Romanian first division club Petrolul Ploiesti. The right-back, who will stay until summer 2026, is moving after six months without a club after his contract with FC Red Bull Salzburg was terminated in July 2024. During his time in Salzburg he was only used sporadically, only played two games in the first team and made 28 appearances for the second team, FC Liefering.
