It will be magical in St. Wendel! On St. Nicholas Eve, December 5th, St. Nicholas parades through the streets and brings a very special joy to the city's children. The Christian Democratic Union (CDU) has once again set out to continue this popular tradition and fill the little boots with surprises. A highlight that will make children's hearts beat faster!
The campaign is organized in close cooperation with the Junge Union. Alexander Zeyer, the chairman of the CDU city association, can hardly believe his luck: “We are very pleased that we can continue this tradition and give the children in St. Wendel a little surprise again.” The anticipation is palpable and preparations are in full swing!
Parents beware!
To ensure that no child goes away empty-handed, the CDU is calling on all parents to help. Registering children is easy via the website www.cdu-st-wendel.de/der-nikolaus-kommen. On St. Nicholas Eve itself, parents should leave a boot or a surprise bag on the doorstep. And then the miracle happens: Santa Claus comes along and leaves surprises as if they were magic!
