The garbage problem in Zweibrücken remains unsolved! The garbage car will still not drive to the Bickenalbblick new area. Mayor Aaron Holaus announced this on Tuesday evening during the local advisory board meeting and caused anger among the residents.

A crucial reason for the maker: the stabbing road does not belong to the city! This means that the garbage disposal of environmental and service operations (UBZ) cannot drive in. Instead, the garbage cans are still on Lindenhofstrasse, right at the entrance to the cemetery - a more than unsustainable situation!

New rating, old problems

As Holaus reports, there was a "new assessment" of the UBZ in terms of the situation, but the result remains sobering: the garbage disposal does not drive into the stitch road! One possibility would be reversing with a manner. But all residents would have to voluntarily park their cars and the turning hammer should remain free - a big challenge! In addition, the road is not scattered in winter, which represents another hurdle for the garbage disposal.

What does that mean for the residents? You still have to transport the garbage cans to Lindenhofstrasse, with the consequence that every cemetery visitor has to maneuver through the unsightly garbage cans - whether only for changing flower decorations or at a sad funeral. The anger of the residents grows!
