The vehicle has a range of up to 475 km and only needs 6.6 seconds to accelerate 0 to 100 km/h. Despite its impressive performance, consumption at 18.2 kWh/100 km is relatively low, which is highlighted as particularly positive. Future view for Skoda
The market launch of the ŠKODA ELROQ takes place as the successor to the Karoq in 2024, while the manufacturer plans to further expand its electrical model portfolio. How Auto motor and sports reports, Skoda invests a total of 5.6 billion euros in electromobility by 2027. Six different electric vehicles are to be launched on the market by 2026, including revised variants of the Enyaq and the Enyaq Coupé, which are updated in 2025.
Skoda is aiming for a net zero emission in vehicle production by 2030, with a big focus on renewable energies. The first step in this direction has already been taken with the CO₂-neutral work in Vrchlabí, and the production facilities in Mladá Boleslav and Kvasiny also follow in the near future.
