Christoph Kaiser offers a special Bible reading in the Schenkbarchen Haus in Biedenkopf on Wednesdays. The reading takes place in the translation of Dr. Martin Luther and is an initiative that started in April 2024 and is expected to continue until summer 2026. On average, between 30 and 40 listeners take part in the readings, many follow them online.

The Schenkbarche Haus, which also houses an icon museum, was acquired and restored in 2009 by Christoph Kaiser and Elvis Benner. The half -timbered house, which was originally built in the 13th century as a knightly Burgmannshof, has a multifaceted history, including an expansion to an office building. Emperor and Benner were awarded two monument protection prizes for their restoration work.

Christoph Kaiser, who has been teaching at a vocational school in Biedenkopf for 14 years, is a graduate theologian and has studied in sinology, Japanology and Islamology. He speaks 12 languages ​​and has published several books on the topics of the border tour and religion.
